What does MAD VIBE CLUB sell?
Our core collection is graphic T-shirts and sweatshirts with bold artwork and an expressive streetwear feel.
How are orders made?
Most pieces are produced after you order. Production usually takes about 2–5 business days before shipping, but timing can vary by product, size, color, season, and fulfillment location.
How long does delivery take?
For standard delivery, U.S. transit is commonly about 2–5 business days after production. International standard delivery can take around 10–30 business days after production. See our Shipping Policy for the full destination table and important exceptions.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order ships, the shipping confirmation email includes tracking when available. You can also visit our Track Your Order page or your customer account.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as quickly as possible. Because products can enter production shortly after checkout, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once production has started.
Do you accept size or color exchanges?
Because items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect size, color, or change of mind. Please review the product size guide before ordering. Mandatory consumer rights in your location still apply.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email madvibeclub@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the claim is eligible, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Will my order come in one package?
Not always. Items may be fulfilled from different facilities and can arrive separately. If that happens, you may receive more than one tracking update.
